Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions section is  a contract.  Information and services available to customers, and customers must follow rules stated below.

• Deposits are non refundable due to having the date locked down and unavailable to someone else to book!
• Busted Saddle LLC/Owner is not liable for indents in grass, tire marks, landscaping, driveway etc... if trailer or another Busted Saddle asset is parked or placed on lawn/driveway area for booked event this is at the owner's liability.
• Not Tolerated: rude behavior, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying etc.
• Busted Saddle has the right to refuse anyone service if they are visually intoxicated
• Busted Saddle has the right to ID anyone who appears under the age of 35 years old and without a valid backup ID/credit-debit card match drivers license 
• Busted Saddle is not liable to handle park permits if you have booked for an event at a park- please check with your local ordinances to assure you have properly notified the correct party. 
• Busted Saddle LLC is held harmless of any injury on homeowners' property or business premises. 
• Busted Saddle LLC is held harmless from individuals who drink on event site without service from Busted Saddle LLC.
